She’s revealed her plans to kickstart her ‘summer shred and gym regimen’.

And on Sunday, Roxy Jacenko gave fans a sneak peek inside her organised and well-stocked refrigerator.

The 41-year-old PR Queen’s fridge is packed with fruits, vegetables, fresh juice, eggs and yoghurt.

Roxy had a variety of fresh produce including strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, celery, cucumber, carrots, tomato and capsicum.

She also had hummus dip and hot peppers on the top shelf alongside a lettuce.

Roxy’s bottom shelf was packed with a variety of fresh juices including celery juice, and a green smoothie.

‘And so it begins. Monday ready to get back to peak form – summer shred and gym regime to recommence,’ she captioned the image.

It comes after Roxy proved she is still enjoying the finer things in life during Sydney’s lockdown.

Last week, the PR dynamo debuted her new Louis Vuitton slides in a post on Instagram.

The pink and beige fluffy slippers can retail for $1,970 and are favoured by the likes of Kylie Kenner.

She modelled the cosy Paseo Flat Comfort Mules with a pair of skinny jeans and also showed off her fresh manicure, which she did herself.

Roxy lives in a $6.5million home in Sydney’s Vaucluse with her husband Oliver Curtis and their children Pixie and Hunter.
