‘Rules of engagement: Live and die on the sword. Watch your competition suffer, ’cause you didn’t know ’em before the show,’ he wrote.

He stressed the importance of ‘never ever giving yourself up’, adding: ‘It’s my game and I play how I want.’

‘Let the weak fall first. Let the games begin,’ he concluded.

During Wednesday night’s episode, the former Bra Boy was tasked with completing an assault course with multiple challenges – with one task being 30 push-ups.

The 42-year-old completed 15 and vehemently denied cheating after chief drill instructor Ant Middleton singled him out.

After initially denying any wrongdoing in front of the rest of the recruits, chief instructor Ant Middleton later pulled Koby into his office and showed him the evidence to his face.

‘I’m going to ask you a simple question,’ Ant said. ‘Do you think we’re c**ts? We’re certainly not c**ts, so please don’t treat us like one.

Koby then breezily told the rest of the recruits they were all set to be ‘tortured’ later that evening because of his failure to complete 15 more reps.

‘That’s a lot. That’s not like a mental blank, that’s a complete f**k up. I’ve had enough of Koby,’ ironman Jett Kenny said to some of the other celebrities.
