The town is located four miles away from the popular town of High Wycombe, five miles from Maidenhead and 33 miles away from central London.
It is a great commuter town because of its transport links into the capital, as well as giving residents the balance of countryside too.

The majority of sales in Marlow during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average of £1,196,025.
Flats sold for an average of £454,098, while terraced homes fetched £526,537.
Overall, sold prices in the town over the last year were similar to the previous year and nine percent up on the 2018 peak of £746,81.
At the time of writing, there are more than 100 homes for sale in the area, with the most expensive on the market for £8,000,000.

There are a huge variety of homes for sale in Marlow, including detached, semi-detached and flats.
From Michelin-starred restaurants to cosy pubs as well as plenty of shops, Marlow is great for residents and visitors.
The town has also been home to several celebrities over the years, including Chris Evans, Russell Brand and Tom Kerridge.
Tom Kerridge owns two Michelin Star gastropubs in Marlow, which has raving reviews online as is popular amongst locals.

Marlow is surrounded by picturesque towns including Henley-on-Thames and Windsor, which is a mere 15 minutes away.
There are also plenty of schools in the local area, including both private and state schools.

Sir Elton John has been settled in Windsor for more than 40 years, and the mansion is known as Woodside, which was purchased by the singer back in 1974.

Elton has long referred to his Woodside residence as “the hub” which he was thought to purchase for £400,000.
He has also described his Windsor mansion as “tastefully over the top”.
Windsor is famous for being the home to Windsor Castle and has great walks along The Long Walk, through Windsor Great Park and along the River Thames.
