Sunrise hosts are left baffled over an odd detail in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s glossy Time magazine cover

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle graced the cover of Time magazine this month, after making the 2021 list of the 100 most influential people on the planet.

But the glossy cover photo left the hosts of Sunrise scratching their heads on Thursday morning, as they shared their opinions on how the couple look quite different to how they do in real life.

‘Harry doesn’t look real, does he?’ host David ‘Kochie’ Koch questioned. ‘He looks like he’s out of Madame Tussauds!”

Sports presenter Mark Beretta added: ‘Has Harry’s hair grown… forward? It just looks more lush. It looks more thick.’

Host Natalie Barr chimed in: ‘It looks like he’s kind of, hiding? And that they’ve said Harry can you just peek out from behind her very good blow-dry.’

‘There is a bit of criticism about it being just a smidgen photoshopped,’ Edwina Bartholomew joked.

On the cover, Harry is dressed in all black and Meghan in all white on a terrace at their $14.65million mansion in Montecito, California.

The US publication released a glossy cover on Harry’s 37th birthday, showing the Duke of Sussex stood behind his wife with his arms on her right shoulder in the ‘icons’ section of the annual line-up.

Also named in the same section was tennis star Naomi Osaka, Dolly Parton and Britney Spears.

It’s the first time the couple have formally posed together for a magazine cover.

The glossy photos of the Sussexes are accompanied by a profile written by their friend and chef Mr Andrés, whose charity World Central Kitchen is loved by the Sussexes and supported financially by their Archewell foundation in India and the Caribbean.
