Otis, who is married to environmental scientist Matthew Sutton, carried a white satin purse by her side and wore black strappy heels.

She slicked back her dark brown hair into a tight ponytail and wore a pair of dangling diamond earrings with a bold swipe of bright red lipstick.

Carre filed the lawsuit against the former modeling executive in August, just hours before the Child Victims Act closed.

In her suit, she described months of abuse which began when she was sent to Paris by the agency as she ‘would have strong appeal in Europe’ after struggling to find work in New York.

Otis was told she would be living with Marie, who was ‘interested enough in her career success that she could live in his personal residence’ as he sat at the helm of Elite’s European division.

Carre claimed she was ‘raped repeatedly by Marie and later trafficked by Marie to other wealthy men around Europe.’

She also accused Marie of supplying her with vials cocaine ‘on the premise that it would allow her to lose weight to become a more successful model.’

Otis said she began refusing sex with the executive and was kicked out of his apartment, and was later transferred to Milan, Italy.

Marie has since denied the allegations and his lawyers told The Guardian that he ‘intends to actively participate in the manifestation of the truth within the scope of the opened criminal investigation.’

Carre, who was previously married to actor Mickey Rourke, also named former Elite executive Trudi Tapscott as a defendant in the suit.

In her Beauty Disrupted: A Memoir, Carre wrote about being shot in the chest after Mickey stashed a handgun in her bag without letting her know. The bullet hit just two inches from her heart.

‘We were on a set in Santa Fe, Mickey was working, and there was a horrific accident,’ Carre said. ‘There was a gun, his gun, it was in a bag.’ Carre threw the bag down and the gun went off.

‘I was hit with a .357 bullet,’ she said. ‘It was about two inches from my heart. It exited through my shoulder. I was really unbelievably lucky that is didn’t hit a bone.’
