The Australian Instagram sensation and fitness buff shared pictures online on Saturday as she went braless in her plunging top.

Tammy has long maintained her incredible figure is down to eating clean and training mean. 

Speaking to New Idea, Tammy said she ‘eats every two to three hours,’ starting and ending her day with a vegan protein shake and oats.

She has also denied persistent rumours over the years that her pert derriere is fake, saying it’s ‘naturally built’.
