Taylor Swift shares new Instagram images as Red (Taylor’s Version) is released worldwide

More than nine years after the original studio version of Taylor Swift’s 2012 album Red was released, the singer debuted ‘Taylor’s Version’ of the album on Thursday.

The 31-year-old singer took to her Instagram on Thursday night, sharing new images of her in a classic red roadster to promote the album.

She also left a touching message for her fans, while reminding them that she was appearing on both of NBC’s late night talk shows, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers to promote and perform from the album.

The first photo featured Swift in a light brown overcoat with a burnt orange chapeau hat as she stood up in the classic car.

The other snap offered a closer look at the singer, as she tipped her cap, seemingly to her devoted fans, who she thanked for empowering her to re-record her old albums.

‘Just a friendly reminder that I would never have thought it was possible to go back and remake my previous work, uncovering lost art and forgotten gems along the way, if you hadn’t emboldened me,’ Swift said in her Instagram caption.
