And Brooke Blurton was finally reunited with her ruby cavoodle Cobar on Saturday, after he arrived in Melbourne.

The 26-year-old Bachelorette star shared a video to Instagram, of herself playing with her dog.

In the sweet video, Brooke sat on the floor as Cobar ran around her.

‘Look who arrived in Melbourne,’ she captioned the post.

Brooke’s post comes after she revealed her holistic approach to managing her mental health.

‘I hugely prioritise taking care of my mental health, which I think comes with looking at it from a more holistic way,’ she told Health Hacker of The Daily Telegraph.

‘I like to take care of myself by making sure I’m doing everything to give myself the best nourishment, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

‘I feel that these are all entwined and all need attention at different times. When I’m nourishing my body with healthy food and exercise, I feel like my mental health is at its peak,’ she added.
