Bella Varelis has admitted that she is struggling during Sydney’s Covid-19 lockdown.
The former Bachelor star shared a lengthy post to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, expressing the depth of her despair – but offering hope to her fans, too.
The 26-year-old influencer wrote: ‘I’ve experienced a roller coaster of different emotions today.

‘I’ve had my moments where I’ve tried snapping out of it and I put a smile on and feel good for a bit but overall I’m anxious, I’m drained and I’m lonely.
‘I miss my family and friends, I miss driving over to cuddle my mum or dad, I miss planning trips away and exploring I miss working and being able to live freely.’
She went on: ‘If you’re feeling flat, or any of the above emotions or questioning your self worth, try not to let it get you down.

‘I know I try to be a force of positivity on here, but I also need to be real and I’m not like that all the time, especially not lately.
‘I love you guys and I hope you’re all okay today, you’re all worthy of an abundance of love and happiness and I’m grateful for you all. Hopefully we don’t have too much longer of this’.

Bella said she’d put on 6kg since stay-at-home orders were mandated.
She wrote: ‘I’ve been feeling so lost emotionally lately and I want to share that with you all because I promised you that I will be my most authentic self on this platform. Life is a little crazy at the moment; nothing feels normal.’
The beauty apologised to fans for ‘letting them down’ before saying she’d been ’emotional eating’ throughout the lockdown.
