She has been in the spotlight ever since she won season 23 of The Bachelor and had a contentious breakup with star Colton Underwood, who recently came out as gay.
And on Thursday Cassie Randolph cleared up some rumours about herself during a YouTube video.
The 26-year-old reality star – who has been accused of having plastic surgery – admitted to getting lip fillers and Botox injections recently, though she claimed she had not had anything more invasive done.

Halfway through her video she addressed the assumption, ‘You get a ton of lip filler.’
‘I can’t tell you how many times I get the question about fillers and Botox, and sometimes I’ll get the nastiest hate messages about work I’ve gotten done.’
Cassie admitted to getting lip fillers, and Botox in her forehead and her crow’s feet.
She also tried an injection in her jaw after starting to clench it tightly while sleeping, which was brought on by stress and anxiety.
The procedure was a success at preventing the headaches she had been waking up with, but she resorted to a mouth guard as a more effective long-term solution.
The media personality added that she had gotten cheek injections in the past, though she hadn’t recently as she had ‘really defined cheek bones.’

Easing the pain: Cassie switched to a mouth guard as a better long-term solution for the jaw clenching, which left her with daily headaches
Cassie looked casual and relaxed in her video, which she mostly filmed from her sofa by her living room window.
She rocked a white cropped tank top and covered up with a pale green ribbed cardigan.
The aspiring speech therapist had her long blond locks styled pin straight and parted down the middle to cascade down her shoulders.
Cassie added that sometimes people complain about her cosmetic work as much as nine months later, at which point any Botox would have stopped working and lip fillers might have also become less noticeable.
‘I’m not afraid to be really open and honest about this kind of stuff because I don’t really care to not be,’ she explained.
The TV star said she likes to err on the side of ‘less is more’ by choosing more ‘natural’ remedies that won’t leave lasting changes to her face.
‘But also, to each his own,’ she added. ‘I feel like there’s no point in worrying about one person chooses to do, or doesn’t choose to do.’

Earlier this week, Cassie highlighted the modest work she’d had done with a stunning photo of her heavily made-up face in closeup.
‘A little glam… okay, a lot,’ she joked in the caption while flaunting her heavily lined lips.
Cassie also shared in her video that she had recently graduated from her master’s degree program in speech pathology at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
She must have been completing her work remotely, as she celebrated from an LA-area beach in one clip.
She previously posted about the happy day on Instagram on May 17.
Despite plenty of doubts and long hours of studying, she was happy to report that it was all worth it.
‘I am so happy that I did,’ she wrote. ‘Not only is it such an amazing feeling of accomplishment, but I love my profession. I can confidently say that speech-language pathology is the type of career that will bring so much fulfillment and joy to the rest of my life.’

Cassie was a fixture of reality television in 2019 when she appeared on season 23 of The Bachelor, which starred Colton Underwood.
The season featured Colton confessing that he wanted to end the season early to be with Cassie in Week nine’s episode, only for her to end things because she wasn’t ready for an engagement.
The bachelor famously jumped a fence in a fury afterward and ran away from the cameras, though Cassie returned in the following episode after Colton pursued her and send the other contestants home.
The couple dated until May of 2020, but Cassie later filed a restraining order against him after he allegedly stalked her and placed a tracking device under her car.
Colton came out as gay in April during an interview with Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts.
