Tim Robards did a little yard work on Monday, and he made sure to capture the moment for his Instagram fans. 

The former Bachelor star worked a jackhammer like a pro in the video, plunging the tool into the concrete in a suggestive manner. 

His bulging muscles on display as he went shirtless, the 39-year-old put on a racy display.
