Nicky Whelan may look fabulous at 40, but the blonde actress is still mindful of growing older.

Posting to her Instagram on Wednesday, the former Neighbours star shared a meme, which read: ‘I hate when fitness influencers are in their early 20s. Listen, I was skinny and hot as f**k when I was 21, too.

‘My diet was vodka, ramen, coffee, and cigarettes. My workout was walking to parties drunk as f**k in 5-inch heels. you don’t impress me,’ it continued.

With a red marker, she also added the age ’40’ after demanding young fitness influencers ‘come back’ to her at a later stage of life. 

Despite being aware of the aging process, the model is still looking rather youthful. 

In June, she showed off her incredibly fresh face in an Instagram story, flaunting her line-free visage and amazing figure in a bikini while filming a new movie in Maui.

Nicky was in Hawaii for several days, working on a new project directed by Badland director, Justin Lee.
