    Tones and I has sold one of her stunning Mt Eliza properties for $6 million.

    The pop sensation, best known for her hit single Dance Monkey, offloaded the home to a family from the Mornington Peninsula in an off-market deal, according to Realestate.com.au.

    The 28-year-old, real name is Toni Watson, purchased the pad late last year for $5.1 million, turning a profit of almost $1 million.

    Selling agent Dean Phillips, a director at McEwing & Partners, made no comment about the sale except to say a settlement was reached. 

    Morrell and Koren agent Matt Cleverdon, who represented the buyers, said his clients were pleased about the sale and the house itself, which he described as ‘beautiful’.

    The luxury Victorian abode features five bedrooms, high ceilings, four bathrooms and a double lock up garage fit for two vehicles.

    It also includes a Caesarstone kitchen with quality appliances, climate controlled wine cellar, premium furnishings, spa bath, massage shower, integrated BBQ, built-in fireplace and a solar/gas heated outdoor pool and solar panels.

    The huge 2738sqm property is located near Canadian Bay beach and Mount Eliza’s shopping village.   

    Tones also recently purchased another property in Mt Eliza in February for $7.08 million.

    The singer has also bought two homes in Frankston and a $3.3million dollar Byron Bay retreat.

    Tones released her debut album Welcome to the Madhouse in July. The album  reached the number one spot on the ARIA Albums Chart upon its release.
