Unidentified 911 caller claims Bam Margera 'attacked' a woman BEFORE being taken to rehab

An unidentified 911 caller claimed Bam Margera had ‘attacked’ a woman in his hotel room while under the influence of cocaine before being taken to a rehab facility in Florida by police on September 26.

‘He attacked her, grabbed her breast, and she said she thinks he tore her implant,’ the unidentified male caller alleged to dispatchers in a 911 call obtained by Page Six from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.

A rep for the 42-year-old Jackass star called the allegations ‘demonstrably and utterly false’ and said Margera was at the hotel room with his 65-year-old ‘clean and sober’ aunt before police ‘escorted Bam back to rehab and made no charges whatsoever against him.’

Just last week, Margera told TMZ that his recent rehab stint was due to a concerned loved one reporting him to authorities after seeing a photograph of him with a drink in his hand.

In the 911 call obtained Wednesday, the caller alleged that ‘there were two women in the room with Margera at the time he placed the call around 8:36 a.m. local time,’ but did not specify which one was the victim of the alleged attack.

He also claimed that one of the women present was ‘an alleged prostitute,’ while the other was ‘an unidentified woman he referred to as Margera’s alleged “minder,” which is a person whose job it is to look after someone.’

The caller described the alleged victim as a woman ‘in her 50s or early 60s’ and that he ‘[didn’t] know yet’ whether or not the victim needed a paramedic.

The caller, who claimed he was there for a ‘pickup order,’ alleged to dispatchers that individuals were ‘doing cocaine in the room’ at the time of the incident. However, the caller also claimed to the dispatcher that he had not seen Margera ‘yet today’ and that the allegations were told to him by the unidentified female ‘minder.’

The 911 dispatcher reportedly asked the caller whether or not Margera was under the influence, to which the caller – bringing up the alleged cocaine use once more – claimed: ‘Absolutely, there’s no question about it. He’s really highly intoxicated.’

The caller alleged that Margera was ‘in severe psychosis, I believe,’ before making more unsubstantiated claims about the star’s mental health.

‘He’s been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic, he’s been diagnosed as Bipolar, he’s got a long history of mental illness,’ the caller alleged. ‘He’s escaped from three treatment centers in the last two months.

‘That’s why there’s all these people trying to reel him back in.’

‘The initial reports of Bam Margera’s arrest were reasonably correct. The 911 call is demonstrably and utterly false. Bam was with his aunt in the hotel room. She is a 65-year-old woman, who is clean and sober,’ said Margera’s rep in a statement to Page Six.

‘The police escorted Bam back to rehab and made no charges whatsoever against him, which demonstrates that the caller who made this claim made a false statement to police.

‘The allegations are likely made by people who have an ax to grind against Bam in his lawsuit against Paramount. There are multi-million dollars at stake because of the abuse Bam faced at the hands of Paramount, and his supposed friends Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jones, Jeff Tremaine and others.’

The rep concluded by saying they are ‘investigating these false allegations and false statements made in the police report, and are considering taking action as we learn more against the perpetrator of this false and defamatory report.’

Speaking to TMZ on October 4, Bam claimed that him being pictured at a casino with a beverage in his hand was part of a domino effect that landed him in custody of law enforcement last month.

He said a concerned loved had alerted law enforcement and claimed that Margera had threatened to jump off a bridge which he told the publication was a misunderstanding.

Margera told TMZ that he had spent 140 days in a facility in Arizona for his manic bipolar disorder before later being transferred to an outpatient facility in Florida.

Margera claimed that fans had posted pictures of him with what appeared to be a drink in his hand and believes that a panicked loved one had seen the photos before alerting authorities.

It was first reported that Margera was taken to a ‘rehab facility’ by police in Florida after authorities received an ’emotionally distressed person’ call in the early morning hours on September 26.

He was sent in the ‘back of a police car’ to a treatment center after being picked up from the Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach.

Margera was not arrested, but ‘deputies were given the heads up about a court order directing Bam to go to rehab,’ according to TMZ.

His latest stint in rehab comes amid legal woes with the franchise that made him a household name, as Margera was reportedly fired from the Jackass 4 project earlier this year because he couldn’t abide by conditions set forth by the producers relating to his addiction issues.

Insiders revealed that the conditions included taking his medication, blowing into a breathalyzer, his commitment to staying sober, seeing a psychologist and routine drug tests during the project.

From the start of the project, filmmakers were worried about Bam’s addiction issues and erratic behavior where he most recently admitted he was manic bipolar, but that they wanted him to be part of the project from the beginning.

During an interview in April, he listed a host of drugs the rehabilitation ordered him to be on for his release, including Zoloft, Lexapro, Wellbutrin, and Klonopin.

‘This is what the doctors say I need,’ he said. ‘And then it led to suicidal tendencies on all 18 medications I was on. I’m like, well what’s the point of a $5 million contract that I have to walk on eggshells and jump through your hoops, which is already impossible, to obey if I’m dead?’

When asked about Jackass 4 producers demands, Bam noted: ‘It was the definition of f***in torture,’ he said. ‘They tortured me.’

In June, Bam was ordered to keep his distance from Jackass director Jeff Tremaine after the filmmaker was granted a restraining order to stay at least 100 yards from Tremaine for the next three years after threatening his family.

The restraining order means that it’s nearly impossible for Bam to appear in any Jackass sequel or related project, as Tremaine has directed or produced most films and shows in the franchise.

Bam later retaliated with his own suits and made filings against Jackass creators Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze, in addition to Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks.

Margera claimed the three man pressured him into signing a ‘wellness agreement’ while in rehab in 2019 in order to participate in the upcoming Jackass Forever movie.

In September, Margera’s wife, Nicole Boyd, filed stand-alone documents for custody of their three-year-old son, Phoenix.
