    Jason Mamoa is in high spirits while posing with director Lily Ana Amirpour as he joins Ed Skrein for a screening of Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon


    Ed Skrein and Jason Mamoa looked dapper as they attended the screening of the Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon at the London Film Festival on Sunday. 

    The actors were joined by director Lily Ana Amirpour, as they both eagerly posed for snaps with her at the event.

    Ed, 38, looked suave in a grey suit which he paired with a black shirt and a bolo tie while Jason opted for a brown checkered suit and a long pink jacket.

    Lily looked glamorous in red tapered trousers and a white cold shoulder blouse which she paired with white shoes.  

    They all put on a very animated display on the red carpet before heading into the cinema. 

    The film, which premiered at Venice Film Festival, also stars Kate Hudson and Jeon Jong-seo.

    The film follows the tale of a girl with unusual powers who escapes from a mental asylum and tries to make it on her own in New Orleans.

    The flick began filming in July 2019, but was only completed in July 2021 before its release earlier this year.  

    Although Jason does not star in the flick, his latest release Dune hits cinema screens on the 21st October 2021.  

    The festival is taking place across the capital until the 17th October.  

    Many other films are being shown at the festival including Edgar Wright’s Last Night In Soho and the much anticipated The French Dispatch. 

    The festival will also be showcasing talent from across the globe.
