    Fitness influencers Lauren Simpson and Mark Carroll have bought a stunning $5.9million mansion on the Gold Coast’s ritzy Sovereign Islands.

    The couple are just one of many buyers who have purchased high-end properties on the Gold Coast in October, in what has been a record sales month for the region. 

    Lauren, who is a world bikini champion, and her fitness trainer husband bought the 17 Queen Anne Court home from mechanical engineer and Gold Coast Suns board member Robert Charter, reports the Gold Coast Bulletin.

    Mr Charter had previously bought the property in 2019 for $1.55million. 

    Lauren and Mark’s new Sovereign Islands mansion offers breathtaking views of the Coral Sea and the surrounding islands.

    The extravagant home spans four levels and features a limestone façade.

    There is a seven-car basement garage that sits below the property.

    Mark and Lauren’s new pad also has a home theatre, library and outdoor pool.

    This isn’t the first time Mark and Lauren have been in the real-estate spotlight.
