Jenelle Evans' husband David Eason arrested for 'driving while impaired' in North Carolina

Jenelle Evans’ husband, David Eason, was arrested for ‘driving while impaired’ and ‘possession of an open container’ in North Carolina on Friday.

The 33-year-old reality star was arrested on Nov. 12 on multiple charges and was booked into jail in Columbus County around 10:30 p.m., and bonded out around 2:40 a.m.

Eason, who appeared on Teen Mom 2 for years before being fired for homophobic tweets, was also charged with Driving On a Revoked License and has a Feb. 16 court date set.

The woodworking enthusiast was reportedly charged with similar DWI offenses in 2012, 2013 and twice in 2014, according to The Ashley’s Reality Round Up. 

He also has an outstanding case in Pender County with a court date set for the week before on Feb. 9, 2022. 

David’s recent brush with the law isn’t a new theme as fans caught a glimpse of his aggressive behavior when he killed the family’s French Bulldog, Nugget, in April 2019 after the animal allegedly lunged at and bit their daughter Ensley.

Following the tragic incident, their children were taken out of their custody and the couple briefly separated before reconciling earlier this year.

She was then fired from the popular MTV program in which she starred on for nearly one decade.

He had already been fired by Teen Mom producers in 2018 for posting homophobic and transphobic comments on social media. 

David, 31, was arrested in June 2020 and charged with two misdemeanors, assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats, after allegedly brandishing a gun and threatening to kill Jenelle’s friend James Spivey. 

Jenelle shares co-parenting responsibilities of her seven-year-old son Kaiser with ex Nathan Griffith.

Horrible: David killed their French Bulldog Nugget in April 2019 after the animal allegedly lunged at and bit their daughter Ensley.

While her mother, Barbara, had full-custody of her 12-year-old son Jace for most of his life, Jenelle has been actively fighting to regain custody. 

David and Jenelle have a four-year-old daughter, Ensley, and he also has a daughter, Maryssa, 13, and son, Kaden, from another relationship.

In 2016, David was arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order when he approached his son at a supermarket while he was with his birth mother. 

Jenelle found fame starring on 16 and Pregnant, a reality show which followed the unique challenges teenagers face with their pregnancies.
