The Duchess of Cambridge appears to have inspired one of Lady Gaga’s most recent looks as the Bad Romance singer stepped out in New York City. Gaga was photographed wearing a black and white Rodarte polka dot dress with a white collar and cuffs.
The outfit, which she wore during a visit to Radio City Music Hall in New York City, shared traits with one of Kate’s retro-looking dresses.
The Duchess donned a navy Alessandra Rich polka dot dress to a D-Day memorial exhibition.
She can also be seen wearing the dress in a portrait the Royal Family took to mark Prince Charles’s 70th birthday.
In May 2019, Kate wore the £1,750 dress again to visit Bletchley Park.
Just like the House of Gucci actress’ dress, Kate’s polka-dotted number featured white cuffs and a collar.
The Duchess style combines a mixture of high-street labels as well as designer.
According to Lucy Ansa-Addo, Director of Laoxa Ltd, Kate has become more “sophisticated” since joining the Royal Family in 2011 after marrying Prince William.
The expert told Express.co.uk: “Kate beautifully rocks high end garments and high street designs from Zara, ASOS and GAP.
