Minnie Driver showcases her toned legs in blue swimming bottoms as she enjoys ocean dip

She regularly takes a dip in the ocean as part of her daily exercise.

And Minnie Driver, 51, made the most of the sunny California weather again on Wednesday as she enjoyed a Malibu beach day with a friend.

Splashing around amongst the waves in blue swimming bottoms and a waterproof white T-shirt, the actress retreated back to the beach after her swim where she bust a series of impromptu dance moves.

Minnie made sure to keep the beating sun at bay beneath a green baseball cap and chugged down water in a bid to stay hydrated.

Putting on a pair of sunglasses while reclining on a towel next to the ocean’s edge, the star even appeared to take a nap at one point, laying down on her side.

Minnie and her wetsuit-clad female companion appeared to have a blast in the water, with both sporting big smiles.

Her latest beach trip comes days after she enjoyed another sun-soaked day in Malibu with her son Henry, 11, on Monday.

Minnie is engaged to Addison O’Dea and has an 11-year-old son Henry Story from a brief fling with her former The Riches writer, Timothy J. Lea.

In January, Minnie revealed how she found out as a child how her father was married to someone other than her mother.

The actress learned at 12-years-old that her father Ronnie Driver was married to a different woman throughout his relationship with her model mother Gaynor Churchward.

Talking to The Sunday Times Magazine alongside her mother, Minnie explained her parents separated when she was six, but she later discovered they’d never been married.

The actress said: ‘My parents separated when I was six, but at the age of 12 I discovered they had never been married, and that throughout their relationship my father was married to somebody else and had another family.’

Minnie said that it was her mother who helped her process the news about her parents relationship.

Former model and designer Gaynor told the publication she had been with Minnie’s father for five years when she fell pregnant with their second child.

Although she called him a ‘complicated man’ she added: ‘He was loyal to me, to his wife and loyal to the children.’
