She announced that she and her husband, Matt Stokoe, had welcomed their first child in April.

And Sophie Rundle looked every inch the doting mother on Thursday when she stepped out with her seven-month-old son and husband while enjoying a Cotswolds stroll.

The family was seen window shopping in the countryside, where Peaky Blinders star Sophie, 33, moved with her actor husband Matt, 32, over summer.

Sophie looked typically stylish in a cosy leather jacket teamed with jeans as she pushed her son in his pram.

Matt, meanwhile, cut a dapper figure in a brown jacket, jumper and navy trousers.

Both parents wore facemasks resting on their chins.

Sophie took to Instagram in June to announce that she and Matt had purchased a ‘spooky old home in the countryside’.

Alongside a picture of the sprawling property, she wrote on Instagram: ‘Sold up and bought this big, beautiful, slightly spooky old house in the countryside. Anyone out there handy at house restoration… err maybe you could raise your hands?’

It comes after Sophie revealed she returned to work on the Peaky Blinders set just four weeks after giving birth to her son.

The actress, who plays Ada in the show, took to Instagram in May to post a snap of her doing a quick nappy change in her trailer in between takes for the drama’s sixth and final season.

In a candid caption, Sophie penned: ‘I went back to work on Peaky Blinders four weeks after giving birth to my son. This is me – sleep deprived and slightly delirious changing a nappy in my trailer in between scenes.’

Looking glamorous in her 1920s costume and hair net, Sophie laid her son on the sofa in her trailer so she could quickly change him before returning to set.

The working mum explained to her fans: ‘It’s been the most exhausting and challenging thing I’ve ever done but worth it to finish off this batsh*t crazy, brilliant show and say goodbye to this character that I love so much.

‘To the Peaky cast and crew who welcomed me and my little one back into the fold and pretended not to notice my impossibly deep eye bags – thank you.

‘So long Ada. l will miss your wild Shelby gypsy heart, your don’t f**k with me attitude and your fabulous wardrobe. It’s been a ride.’

Dressed in stylish red heels and a sweet circle print puff-sleeved dress, Sophie looked far from delirious as she juggled her acting career with motherhood.
