Ana is one of Sydney’s most in-demand personal trainers.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in 2019, she gave her tips for getting ‘summer ready’.

The beauty said it was important to take selfies, not to skip a training day, only allow healthy foods in the fridge, drink water, and train hard.

‘When you feel tired – or, in other words, lazy and demotivated – go to the gym anyway,’ Ana said.

‘Even if it’s only to hang out with your friends and chat, just go. Habit formation is more important than the workout itself,’ she added.

‘Plus you’ll likely end up doing something while you’re there, which is better than being miserable at home.’

Ana added that selfies allow you to track your progress, but it is equally important to take time and appreciate your body.

‘Selfies are a great way to track you progress but let’s remember none of us are perfect,’ she explained.

‘Focus on your own progress, strengths, qualities and be grateful for what your body does for you. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually,’ she added.

‘Twenty minutes of guided meditation every morning goes a long way.’
