Radio host Ash Pollard shocks her fans as she announces her second pregnancy

Former My Kitchen Rules star-turned-radio host Ash Pollard shocked her fans on Sunday when she announced she was pregnant with her second child.

The 35-year-old – who has a 11-month-old-daughter called Clementine with her partner Pete Ferne – shared the happy news on Instagram, and posted a picture of herself posing with a pram and showing off her very large baby bump.

The bubbly blonde said she and Pete were initially shocked when they found out she was expecting, but are thrilled to be adding to their brood.

‘On the burner, making serious arrangements for baby #2! Hospital room must be north facing, daily coffee order placed and confirming evening turn-down service. Lol!’ she joked in the caption. 

‘Pete and I, although shocked initially, are terribly grateful and positively excited for another little ankle biter.

‘Clementine has no idea, but she’ll be pleased to have a best friend other than her Mummy. Coming soon to 2021!’

Ash spoke about the challenges of motherhood a month later in October, and admitted she was still adjusting.

‘And just like that, I found 15 minutes to get out of my “this goes with that”, wash and dry my hair AND whack on a bit of fake tan. No s**t, this gig is hard,’ she wrote on Instagram at the time.

In November, Ash said she was enjoying every moment of life with her infant daughter.

‘For days I couldn’t believe she was ours, in fact I still can’t!! She’s growing quickly and has quite the personality already. I’m drinking her in,’ she wrote on Instagram.
