Summer Monteys-Fullam enjoys a country ride in the Cotswolds 

Summer Monteys-Fullam made a splash as she enjoyed a country ride on her horse Boo on Tuesday. 

The equestrian lover, 26, made the most of the Cotswolds sunshine in a busty neon pink bikini top which accentuated her toned figure. 

Summer, who is the ex of GBBO judge Paul Hollywood, looked like she was having the time of her life as she giggled while Boo marched through the river.

The halterneck bikini top featured a plunging design, while her white denim hot pants showed off her toned legs. 

Summer, who has nine horses in total, captioned the shot: ‘Enjoying the sun with my Boo’. 

The Ex And The City star has relocated from Kent to the Cotswolds with her family and has been enjoying settling into her new surroundings in recent months.

The beauty split from her TV ex Paul, 55, in August 2019 after he asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and she briefly dated TOWIE star Liam ‘Gatsby’ Blackwell later that year.

Paul has since moved on from their relationship and is now dating pub landlady Melissa Spalding, 38.

Speaking to The Sun about what she is looking for in her next relationship, Summer said: ‘Loyalty is a huge, key factor for me. I want someone nice. I don’t have a type, as such — it’s how I get on with that person.

‘Age isn’t really a problem but this time I would definitely put a cap on it — so thirties or younger — and I would definitely be open to dating someone not in the public eye.

‘What I’m not looking for in a man this time around is someone who’s self-obsessed or eats Rice Krispies for dinner.’

Summer insisted she has never been on any dating apps, describing herself as an ‘old-fashioned chick’.
