Prince William could change how the Royal Family responds to criticisms once his father Prince Charles takes control. This comes after Prince Harry announced a surprise tell-all memoir deal with Penguin/Random House. Royal experts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie suggested that by the time the memoir is released, late next year, the reaction from the royals could be tougher.
Ms Fiorito told listeners of their podcast Royally Obsessed: “William isn’t in a position where he can do a memoir.
“Everyone has their own perspective on what went down.”
Ms Bowie responded: “Do you think there will be reactionary stuff from the Palace?
“Like I thought the Queen might strip their titles when I first heard the news.”

She continued: “Other rumours speculate about them getting disinvited from the Platinum Jubilee next year.
“Are the Cambridges going to go on a charm offensive? What is going to be the reaction of the Royal Family?”
Ms Fiorito explained: “I think over the course of the next year before the memoir comes out, we will see quite an evolution within the Royal Family as well.
“We are on the precipice of a lot of change. The Queen is 95. Will reactions to these kinds of stories change when Charles is king?
According to the press release, the Duke of Sussex will share the “highs and lows” of his life as a royal in his autobiography.
In a statement announcing the book, Harry said: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man, I have become.
I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.
“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”
